WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPING? 

All items are subject to a processing period before they are shipped.  Most orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days of payment.  


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CASA NAILS SET? 

Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post and Courier time frames and zones  these times do not include order processing time.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

- For Standard Shipping please allow 5-7 Business Days

- For Express Post please allow 1-3 Business Days

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

At this stage we only ship within Australia.

WHERE DOES MY ORDER GET SHIPPED FROM?

Melbourne, Victoria.

DOES CASA NAILS ACCEPT RETURNS?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Used coats, opened colors and nail files are classed as personal items and cannot be returned.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PURCHASE IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
If your purchase is deemed lost we will undertake a thorough investigation with our postal provider before re-issuing your order. Unfortunately we are not liable for orders that have been scanned as delivered. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO CASA? 
On the rare occasion, some packages are returned to HQ due to insufficient addresses or being unclaimed. In these circumstances, once your order is returned to our warehouse you will be issued with a store credit to the value of your original purchase. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credits are valid for 12 months from their issue date.

I ORDERED AN ITEM LAST WEEK AND NOW ITS ON SALE. CAN I GET A REFUND?
Sorry! unfortunately we do not offer a price guarantee. This means we cannot provide a partial refund if your item goes on sale after you’ve purchased it. 

IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE? 
Products might be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving your products. However, we are trying our best to combine shipments whenever possible. If you have any other questions, send us an email and we will do our best to help you out.

WARRANTY

All Casa Nails LED lights have a warranty of 1 year. Please note that this warranty is for factory defects and is not valid if the product has any damage to it. You must supply an original receipt for proof of purchase.
